Missing arms and torso

I installed a new t shirt pack and Franklin’s arms and torso are invisible on some clothes. Even some of the on disc attires are missing the limbs. Note: I used menyoo to equip the tops instead of going to a store to purchase. If that makes any difference. Anyone know a fix for this?
