Planes & helicopters crash explosions?

I am looking for a mod that would make planes an helis NOT explode every time you hit a light pole a bit harder.
Does anyone know of any mod that would disable the auto explosion. (I really liked how you could loose a tail on helicopter in midair in GTA 4 and I miss it here)
