GTA V Map not loading/popping in n out/low quality textures

My gfx card settings and how the map looks, all advanced graphics are off. I have a GTX 1050 TI 4 gb, 8gb ram, i5-8300h https://imgur.com/a/bskIh9c

@Apple2T4ch How many of your saved cars are add-on? I see a lot of blue blips in one area. Whenever I try to save that many cars in one area that are add-on, i get the exact same issue. They most likely don't have LOD's. Game can't handle them because one car without lod will be like trying to load 6 vanilla cars. Now multiply that with each addon car you have that might not have lod set up. I would usually encounter this issue between 13 saved addons up to 30, depending on the quality of the mod. I can save over 50 vanilla cars in one area and not have any issues.

@chonkie it’s when I have no vehicles in the area as well, so that’s not the issue.

@Apple2T4ch Well, more info would be helpful. What other mods do you have installed? It has to be due to one of them. Start removing them to find the culprit.

https://imgur.com/yGLOz9u my scripts and main folder, I tried making the mods, scripts and asi stuff in the main folder hidden one at a time and it would still do it. I also tried commandline settings and adjusting the distance scaling and the priorty nvidia control panel etc.

This is completely a Vram issue it depends on what your card is also try setting GTA V to high priority in the task manager

It never used to do this though, so I am wondering why my graphics card is making the textures pop in and out. I have a GTX 1050 Ti 4GB FYI. I have also tried the task manager high priority truck no difference. Thanks for trying to help!

@Apple2T4ch , I think you should modify the settings of your graphics in another way. I have a Msi GTX960 4GB and my game looks like this.

I have several addons, peds and mods added to the game. My graphics settings with my game are these :

Another detail that I have noticed is that your version of directx (10.1) is old. Notice that you should use directx11.
