Every light showing in game during nighttime after installing VisualV and Natural V Remastered

Screenshot is attached and im not sure what to do to fix this, really ruins the nighttime experience. Anyone have a fix for this? https://imgur.com/VBegcbW I installed Visual V first and it was happening and still happens at night after installing Natural Vision. Uninstalled and reinstalled twice now, no luck.
