Annoying advertisement taking up large portion of screen

EVERYTIME I use this site, this same ad pops up on the bottom right, and i have to wait like 5 seconds to close it.
And it comes right back if i refresh the page or click on a mod or something.
It wasnt like this before, why do I have to suffer using this website now
