anyone know how to convert a shirt from trevor to franklin?

There's a shirt from this mod https://www.gta5-mods.com/player/new-clothes-pack-for-trevor#comments_tab / the first Shirt on the left in the first picture and I want to make it wearable on franklin, but I'm not seeing any guides for clothing on these forums.
