Modding even the basics crashes my game...

Ok I've been installing GTAV mods for a couple of years now, and until today I thought I knew everything.. I hadn't playing or modded since late November/Early December as I've been playing Read Dead Redemption 2 and now that I'm bored with that---came back to GTAV.
Here's what I did and the results I got.
- I downloaded a completely fresh copy of GTAV from Steam.
- Downloaded & installed the latest OpenIV & toggled the three toggles in ASI Manager (all 3 options green and using "mod" folder...but nothing in it as of now).
- Downloaded the latest ScriptHookV as well as ScriptHookVDotNet2 and put them into my GTA folder.
- I downloaded the latest version of Enhanced Native Trainer (using it instead of the other ASI loader) which has always worked for me..
- I downloaded the latest version (1.9) of NativeUI and out it in the /scripts/ folder I just made.
Game crashed and would not run. I then remembered someone say NativeUI is only needed for something, so I removed it from the scripts folder & it still crashed and would not run.
I have NOTHING in my mods folder. I have NOTHING in scripts folder except the nativueui files and I have NOTHING added extra into my fresh install of GTAV except the ScriptHookV, ScriptHookVDotNet2 and that Enhanced Native Trainer. [all were the latest/most current downloaded today & GTAV was downloaded/installed today from Steam.
I'm stumped, I don't even have anything here except the files I had always started with in the past to run the game modded before I start adding mods...
I went the the GTA folder in my documents folder to see what the error is and here's the error file..I don't know why I am getting an error, while I've modded for a few years now, I'm obviously missing something and probably due in part to taking a 4+ month break playing RDR2....

@vendetta1969 The important thing is that can you run the game without scripts,
I know you so you pretty much know the functions and stuff, but just to be sure, if gta can run without scripts, then there is still faith.
I haven’t played gta in a while or been keeping track with the updates so maybe out of nowhere the game updated itself, and requires a new version of scripthook. Again idk if the game updated or not, but hopefully that’s the case.
If not then you’ll have to wait for an expert to help
