Playing story with a skin? Possible?

Is it possible to play missions while a mod skin is equipped? I just downloaded the game yesterday and wont be able to install/play it until i'm off work. I saw a awesome spider-man skin that I like on YouTube and i'm curios to know if I can play missions with the spider-man skin on? or no only free roam? Thanks Guys

@Chrisrobby10023 there's a mod that lets you do this im pretty sure, think its called ped selector
