Grand Theft Auto V exited unexpectedly

Whenever I try to launch LSPDFR through Rage, it starts and loads, goes black, then immediately crashes giving me this error.
"Grand Theft Auto V exited unexpectedly. Please click Retry below to enter the game again, or click Safe Mode to launch the game with reduced graphics settings. If you continue to have problems playing the game, please contact Rockstar Games Customer Service at http://support.rockstargames.com."
The only mods I am using are LSPDFR and Rage Plugin Hook.

I tried disabling my anti-virus and making GTAV an exception and reinstalled the game twice, but nothing worked.

RageHookPlugin and LSPDFR are not supported here. If you're sure these are the issue then check on their respective forums...
