Strange bug when buying clothes or guns

Hey guys, just found a new bug in my game and I want to see if anyone has encountered this and maybe a fix for it? It's not game breaking but it sucks. Check out these pics I took of the problem..
The first pic is when buying guns, the camera keeps the player at the counter instead of going into 1st person as it should.
