Customization not working on addon car

So i've downloaded and installed Vsoreny's MX5 and i'm unable to change bumpers or do performance upgrades in game for some reason. I'm stumped why and a few others have the same problem. I've tried re-downloading it and installing multiple times but no luck.

@VandilFish Are you trying to use it for a FiveM server ?
