I am making this version because scripthook and scripthookdotnet have been updated and now allow sixstarresponse to function as normal.
It is the core script responsible for the wanted level dispatching. (i.e you now have functioning Juggernauts)

Before we begin, make sure you have already Installed:
Grand Theft Auto V (v1.0.1604.0 Arena War DLC)
OpenIV Software: http://openiv.com/

FAQ
Q: I have installed this, but no longer wish to have it installed. How do i uninstall it?
A: TO uninstall, delete your Mods & scripts folder AND EnableMPCars.asi.

--LSPDFR USERS ONLY Download and Install these files:-- Optional

1. Lspdfr 0.4.1: https://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/7792-lspd-first-response/
   You will need some extra files from the Rde Official discord: Official Invite Link https://discord.gg/QJhPPxB.
   You will need the files posted in #Announcements: LSPDFR_Integration_Files.7z and Fixed_XMLs.7z to incorporate the peds and vehicles into Lspdfr 0.4.
2. RAGEPluginHook 0.65: http://ragepluginhook.net/Downloads.aspx

If you wish to install any Visual, Sound, or Gameplay Mechanics Mods (i.e VisualV, NaturalVision, Colorfulhud, Realistic Weapons Sounds, Euphoria Ragdoll Overhaul, etc ) you need to install them now.

--All Users Download and Install these files:--

3. ScriptHookV 1.0.1604.1: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/script-hook-v
4. ScriptHookVDotNet v2.10.9 : https://github.com/crosire/scripthookvdotnet/releases/
5. Simple Trainer for GTA V 9.8: https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/simple-trainer-for-gtav (it prevents the online cars, peds & online map locations from despawning)

Install using Openiv's Mod Folder

7. Gameconfig.xml 4.0: https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gameconfig-xml-dilapidated (Prevents Crash to Desktop & Improves games ability to handle add-on peds & vehicles)
   (Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\gameconfig.xml)
8. HeapLimit Adjuster: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/heap-limit-adjuster-600-mb-of-heap
9. Weapon Limit Adjuster: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/cweaponinfoblob-limit-adjuster (Optional)(RDE 3.1.1 will auto install)
10. Packfile Limit Adjuster: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/packfile-limit-adjuster

Now DELETE files:

11. EnableMPCars.asi (RDE 3.1.1 will auto install)(If you fail to delete this file, YOUR GAME WILL CRASH! )
12. Run Gta V and Enjoy!

Thanks for your help. i was just wondering if Dispatch of Variety [Add-On] v4.2.0 was need anymore like in your first version?

I just revised this method for a second time (4/21/19). It is now much easier to install. WoV and DOV are both no longer required, thus greatly simplifying the install process.
WoV is included in RDE 3.1.1 by default and is out of date for arena wars, but installing an up to date version complicates the install process greatly, so I am choosing to omit it for ease of install. I included WOV due to its gameconfig, but with the release of Gameconfig.xml 4.0, a current version of WOV isn't required. DOV was included to use its wanted level dispatching, but the updated scripthook fixes sixstarresponse, thus making it unnecessary to install.

Cool, it does make it easier to replace cars with one a few folders.

Doesn't work at all in my original gta following all this steps clean mod folder all things installed step by step.
