Mod won’t install correctly

Please help!!! I really want to install a certain mod but when I attempt to install it will only install a certain file and and not all the files. I wanted to download the addon ped file but this happened!!! Somebody please help me ASAP because I’ve been working on this issue forever and can’t seem to fix it.
