game isn't reading dlclist.xml file

@cheezebugerdlux Did you edit the correct dlclist.xml(this one: "GTAV\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml"?
or did you create a "mods" folder on open4?

Did you put your dlc folder addon in the correct folder? In the DLC packs folder in update/x64/dlcpacks?

Have you installed OpenIV's plugins? OpenIV > Tools > ASI Manager & make it look like this:
Is this a new attempt at modding GTA V or have you done it before/it worked previously?
Do you have two copies of GTA V installed?
If still having problems provide sceenshots of your main Grand Theft Auto V folder & also your dlcpacks folder including folder structure. Thanks
