Make head from peds to be player head

Anyone, i wanna ask..sometimes im boring with original player like michael, i wanna make example: lamar head into michael.. i made it but thr facial animated kinda messed up n also the teef (teeth) anyone know the secret how to made it?
Example when i import with open format, which skel should i worn..michael skel head or lamar..n should i edit the odd/odr with notepad..
