Request for insults/curse words disabler free Roam only

okay, hi to everyone in this lovely modding community, i was just wondering is it a possiblilty if any modders here can create a script that disables every insult or curse words in the game free roam wise, just for the younger audience that would be highly appreciative, because insults pop up like every 8 seconds thank you!!
