I've uploaded a mod and has been pending for nearly 3 days

I've had a mod pending for moderation for nearly 3 days and I've asked other modders, this is my first mod and I've asked another person with there first mod that is a retexture like my mod and they said that their mod only took a day to be moderated. I am just confused to why it is taking so long compared to others.

It shouldn't take too long unless we have doubts, and please leave us with at least 24 hours to approve it.
That said, your mod probably hasn't been reviewed because it did not show up in our queue. This is caused by a missing file upload, so please check if you have uploaded a file. Linking us to your mod would certainly help
