Skin not approved because skin is ripped according to users and they have no Proof

I uploaded a skin for the fiat Ducato released by West midlands RPC and within 24hrs people have commented saying that the skin ripped when i have asked for evidence non have been showed to my self and now a moderator has taken the skin down. I would like to see proof that the skin has been ripped or has broken a rule with 5mods. If no one can prove that i have ripped the skin then i will just re upload the skin in a couple of days time. I rejected it after reading that the terms of the vehicle the paintjob is intended for, didn't allow for reskinning.
Random parts of the model have been mapped to the skin. Changing the skin will make textures look dodgey. On this note, please DO NOT upload reskins without first asking permision.
Please ask with the original author for permission.

I will be making a formal complaint to the senor admins on the platform about you that your allegations are unfounded with no evidence to back it up that you are lying about the authenticity of the skin therefore as I said before the defamation of character will stand. I will be asking for the senior moderators to take action against you and disciplinary or removal of your moderating status. stop legal action against this website

@Police-Scotland-RPC Seems pretty simple. Did you get permission from the mod author to upload a reskin of his/her mod? You can't just do what someone told you NOT to do with their mod because you feel like it. The St.Johns skin that was uploaded, guess what ... that person GOT PERMISSION!! Are you this thick headed all the time? It isn't about your skin, it's about you uploading a skin for a mod that doesn't allow reskins without permission. I've seen lots of people asking for permission to upload a skin for that particular mod, and only a few were allowed to. I do not see a post from you in the mod's comments asking for permission.

Moderator abusing their power
Moderator {usename ikt } is abusing his power and should be removed from moderation with immediate effect. making allegations that are unfounded with no evidence to back it up, all I done was upload my skin for the Fiat Ducato and then always done only through it was through accusations against us I believe he is trying to destroy the reputation of my community and I will not stand for it . I made the Scottish ambulance Fiat Ducato skin I have video evidence on YouTube to prove otherwise.. I am unhappy about the way that I have been treated and do the design of paintings that I will be making this public. the way that my members and my community have been made to feel after just making a simple skin is quite frankly disgusting

The author of the vehicle you are skinning specifically states his terms on his page, saying:

As such, the moderation team have done nothing wrong.
Since you have threatened legal action, however ridiculous the notion, I will now suspend your account as per our Terms of Service and leave this to my solicitor, should I hear anything from yours. You shall receive no further direct communication from me on this matter, or any matter to do with the site.
