Someone to convert a Forza 3D model ?

I have a FM7 V60 Polestar model and wanted to convert it - however I can't get the 3D softwares
Is somebody ok to convert the model to GTAV, with working interior/paint/proper wheels/opening parts...?
I will obviously send you all the necessary files
