Deleting cars spawned in Simple Trainer

Can I Delete Cars That i Spawn In Using Simple Trainer I Thought There was A way to do it but i frogetten how to do it so any help would be appricated

I don't think you can. Some trainers keep track of cars they spawned and offer a cleanup option, other spawn and let the game manage it further. As far as I know, Simple Trainer doesn't have a cleanup option.
