GTA V Randomly Crashes On Startup While Loading Story Mode

My GTA V Crashes Sometimes randomly in startup here's the log i found in eventviewer i dont know its a mod issue or other issue? i have 50 Scripts Mod

Not that my comments will help or be of any encouragement...I have the same problem.
In fact I cleaning uninstalled the entire game, even steam, even the crap in the documents folder. I redownloaded steam, redownloaded the game & it still crashed.
I spoke with Rockstar, actually even on the phone, on troubleshooting why my game would no longer run whatsoever.. We tried a dozen things and could NOT get it t run. While it ran fine at one time, it no longer does---even as a fresh install & zero modifications.
Their ultimate 'assessment'? I was told that with the recent updates, the computer I am running no longer meets the supported gaming requirements. In other-words THEY modded their own game to the point that not even clean install players can access the game.
I have a 4 GB video card & 32 GB of ram & while its a laptop, its a new computer & frankly I see little to no reason why it will not run. I was told my graphics card was not 'supported'... because THEY updated the game.

Looks like a That's Random crashes maybe because out of memory i also have a gaming pc i7 Gtx1080Ti 16GB Ram and it crashes sometime randomly while in game or loading story mode but my gta 5 running Fine No lags

@StarFisher001 same thing happens on my computer too. and I couldn't figure it out. Tried so many solutions but nothing happened. I think that happened after I started to use W10. Maybe these are related I dont know.
