The Flash mod. (replacing sound files)

Hi!
I recently downloaded the mod (The Flash). I think it is really cool and added some more peds. But after a while i find some of the sounds boring. So i decided to add new sound effects to the flash mod. I did find some on youtube, but i dont know how to replace the exicting files from the flash mod. Anyone who can help me. Would really appreciate it.
