2019 1.0.16404.1 DLC modding pack v

I wanna add in at least 100 addon cars but when I try the game crashes itself from just 7, and I been trying to find ways to combine them all into a dlc because im guessing gta cant handle 7 single addon cars.
1.0.16404.1 is my version and nothing is working, I dont have any solution other than to just stick with only 5 addon cars.

i have scripthook v, v.net, simpletrainer, heapadjuster and the packfilelimit adjuster. all i been trying to install into the modding pack file was just one addon https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/2015-nissan-gtr-nismo-yca-y97y. i did notice stuff was missing and the dlclist line for the MODDING file had its / / in the wrong direction but even when i fixed that and installed the latest gameconfig https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars the game still crashes. the same error thing being the ''please reboot, or reinstall gtav'' thing, ERR_SYS_ issue

infact I dont think any of these dlc base packs work at all. would it be better to make some kind of patchfile or copy an existing dlc pack and convert it into a dlc for addon cars? idk what else to do, and I dont know how the data gets corrupted

@LithTheKitten I’m having the same problem as well, I’m guessing it has to do with the gameconfig.
Just wait for a new updated config, or hopefully someone would have a solution.

@LithTheKitten I used the mod before for 25+ replace cars, Double check the meta files maybe there's something in one of the .meta files that's causing it to crash and also have you tried any other gameconfigs?

@Isaac-Duane My problem is actually with installing more than 6 PEDS. Usually I'm on my desktop rigging and playing and I can install 100's of peds, however I'm using a new laptop to rig PED models and play as I'm never at home anymore(dang work and college). As of now, my game will crash if I install more than 6 peds.
I've spent about 30 minutes finding a new gameconfig and of course none of them fixed my issue, the one I use and worked flawlessly on my desktop is this https://ca.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars. and now it won't work on my laptop
. I've also resorted to this thread https://forums.gta5-mods.com/topic/19337/fix-for-game-memory-error-may-2018-by-police18651 which I've told many users that they'd find success with, but just my luck, I didn't find any success So yea, I'm having the time of my life fixing this with no success.

@MegaDeveloper Can't help you with ped installing, my reply was meant for op since he's/she's talking about combining addon cars in one dlc folder, You can try this tutorial by the creator of modding dlc pack v himself
if it doesn't work you can try getting help in albo's discord server Discord or his YouTube Channel.
