Any Script with options to save stuff to an .ini can't save anymore? What could cause this?

Hey, i noticed this problem a few days ago. I don't know when this started, haven't played GTA in a while.
I use Menyoo, Simple Trainer and Skin Control, all these have options to save stuff to an .ini as you know.
But that's not working anymore! Skin Control gives me an error when I try to save stuff, Menyoo as well and Simple Trainer just says it saved my Car for Example, but if I try to load it, it says the spot is empty. What could cause this weird problem?

Might be a permissions problem. The scripts may not have permission to write to the files. You can check permissions by right-clicking the files/folders and going to the Security tab.

@Jitnaught Oh hey sorry, haven't been notified about your reply. Thanks to Open IV which notifed me about not having all needed permissions and auto-correct them for me, my problem with the scripts got saved as well today right before I read your reply. I don't know what caused my folder permissions to change. But Windows 10 is weird sometimes. You were indeed right and I want to thank you very much for it!
