sultan rs and banshee 900 tuner parts missing??

so apparently the addon cars I been using have caused the benny's upgraded sultan and banshee's tuning parts to disappear, I did remove 3 addons but they are still missing.
i dont know what to do, and i dont know if it would help to copy the sultan/banshee addon parts from the dlc folder they came from into the dlc folder im using to store them all in, maybe it will show all the tune parts or something needs to be renamed.

@LithTheKitten Just make everything vanilla and slowly install those cars again until the problem appears. Once you find it, avoid using the files that cause it.
