Refined V: Realistic California Textures

Hello, all!
I'm currently working on a mod similar to GTA V Redux and LA Roads/Vegetation, only with more content in it. It's called "Refined V".
I've been working on it for a few months now, and I've been trying to make it as easy to install and as compact as possible. It's a modpack, of sorts, but with many mods/improvements to existing mods that the community has been asking for, picked to (in a way) celebrate the achievements of the community without tarnishing anybody's project.
Many pre-existing mods that don't work anymore/have aged with time, such as Real Weapons V and Real Flamethrower, have either been revamped and properly credited, or rebuilt from the ground up. I've also been working on some higher quality textures for existing locations that are not really otherwise covered when replacing Grand Theft Auto V's satirical locations with their real life counterparts. (Some parts of the Arts District, Palm Springs, etc.)
The early beta of the mod (in multiple .OIV packages) is currently going through admin approval. If you'd like to check it out (or at least what it may turn out to be), it'd be much appreciated if you did!
If you'd like to contribute one of your weather-related/california-related graphical/auditory/ui-related mods to the project, I'd be happy to speak with you and credit you and your page well. If you'd like to help me develop the general project, that'd be much appreciated too.
The credits to each mod and mod creator's projects used and improved upon (including my own) are properly displayed in the individual oiv packages, downloads, and page. Any constructive criticism and/or feedback would also be greatly appreciated.

I hope you got permissions from authors if you could get them, IMO name should be changed, why? I don't find any "unlore" mods to be fitting such mod names, like you're adding real brands instead of fake GTA universe ones

@HeySlickThatsMe I'll try my hand at a name change, you hold a good point!
As for permissions, the beta releases so far will only release one by one with each original poster's full permission for their modified add-ons to be included. Links to the add-ons that are in pending approval from the ops will be provided, but they (obviously) won't be modified as they come directly from the original creator(s) themselves. Have a few already.
