Apex Legends Skins for GTA V

I'm here to ask again if someone can convert a 3d model of apex legends Octane to GTA V, Wraith skin is in GTA SA already.
I don't how to work with 3D modelling and convert into another game so i'm asking for help here
I have the author autorization to work and publish his 3D model
