Mercedes installation mod

Hello guys i just downloaded a mod and i really want it ingame problem is it has 3 files inside for 'replace' which are not in openIV or my gta mods folder so what can i replace it with? i put it on few files inside x64e.rpf x64i.rpf etc in vehicles but i can't spawn it ingame. The 3 file names are 17ecoupe.yft 17ecoupe.ytd and 17ecoupe_hi.yft. Can someone please help me how i can install it.
