Here's a car seen in GRW as a representation of the Cadillac CT6 and used by the enemy cartel in the game lore
The car don't need design reshaping since it could already fit GTA's lore perfectly as the Albany Minister or Albany Monarch It's as you want but I just found these names pretty cool according to the Cadillacs we already have in game : Emperor, Presidente... Let me know what you guys think and don't hesitate to show your interest if you like the idea
