If you've played hotline miami then you already know what this is. When enabled by a key (perhaps the "-" key), you'd get a phonecall (Onscreen text prompt) to go to address and kill all those inside said address thus completing your operator mission. I think this could be done fairly easy with the Map Editor and the Mission creator mods. If you wanna take it a step farther you could model some masks from the series and while worn give you different abilities.(example- While the Tony mask is worn, your fists are lethal one hit killing machines.) Last but not least, the combo killstreak mod would pair perfect for this and can perhaps even be tweaked further.
