having trouble getting started in modding

I installed scripthook, scripthookDotNet, TrainerV and a few other basic mods I'm not certain of witch. when I tried to install Visual C++ Redistributable and NET Framework 4.5.2 I got a popup saying that I had the same version or greater all ready. I then launched the game threw OpenIV and the game launched but TrainerV would not bring up it's command menu. I have tried reinstalling the modded game other than that I am to new to know how to troubleshoot this. I'm running two legit copy's of GTA5 BTW.
