Replace Trevor’s Bodhi?

So I want to replace Trevor’s Bodhi with the Crew Cab in this mod: https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/vapid-sadler-retro-add-on-replace
Problem is, when I go in-game the interior’s all white like it’s having issues with textures. It’s strange. Trevor’s Bodhi (Bodhi2) also has 4 files if I’m not mistaken and the Sadler Retro only has 3. Any help guys?

make sure you’ve replaced all the files for the bodhi, check patchdays etc.
delete the +hi.ytd for the original if the new one you’re replacing with doesn’t include it

Yeah man went and checked and made sure but it’s still like this:
