Vanilla cars variations and rebadge

(A bit long but it worth it!)
Hello, I'm working on variation, rebadging project over vanilla vehicles, for exemple i took 13stewartc karin asterope rs and changed the texture to Emperor Harold gti so the traffic spawns regular karin asterope as an average toyota sedan and the sporty Emperor Harold as the lexxus counterpart (is300).
I can do all the photoshop thing but i have no idea how to do the rest, so i'll need the help of experienced people. Basicaly the expectations are way too heavy for me.sadly, I can't afford to pay for some easy modding.
I want to extract some cars from vanilla and turn them in a add on pack for texture test purposes
Karin sultan to emperor Sunrise (gta sa car)
Declasse asea to bravado Previon (gta sa)
Benefactor Surrano to ocelot 29 speciale (gta 1)
Vulcar ingot to Rune Porka(gta1)
Karin futo to karin futo phase 2 (major texture improvement)
Stratum to fathom raven2000 (gta london69)
Bollokian prairie to voxel concept (gta london 69)
Intruder to voxel elegant
Revolter to schister greenwood
Fathom fq2 to annis eddy
Kalahari to voxel gobi
Buffalo to voxel nebula
And so and so...
Obviously voxel is a new lore friendly brand and all vehicle names are from previous gta.
