[SCRIPT] could someone make a Doctor Octopus script?

Otto Octavius (Doctor Octopus) is a popular and well known villain from the Marvel Comic Universe. I was wondering, and hoping, if it would be possible for someone to create a Doctor Octopus script that'll allow his mechanical arms to be functional and be used to attack and used to move and climb up the side of structures as seen in the movies, comics and cartoons.
