NVR issue when recording.

I use NVR and I have been trying to record a video while using broken clouds as my weather. I have noticed though when I go into rockstar editor to edit the video the clouds are no longer there it's just blue sky and the recording looks like I was recording with No graphics mod what so ever. In game everything looks like it should but when editing the recording Nothing looks like I was using NVR at all.
