Trainer won't pop up!

Hey all, I've tried reading other similar posts and haven't been able to figure it out. Could someone look at my directory and tell me if everything is in the right place? I'm trying to run Enhanced Native Trainer. The game starts smoothly and everything but when I hit F4 nothing happens. At first I thought it might be a numlock related issue, as I have a compact keyboard and no numpad/numlock. I then plugged in an old keyboard with a numpad and no difference, though - still nothing. Thanks for any help you all can give!

@brensizzle Did you install the asi loader from openiv an all of its components?

Actually no. Get the SHV directly from the developer's website of http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/ since it's legit and official. Nothing against the forums, but for SHV using the dev's site is better.
