How to add; add-on cars made by the same person?

Starting this adding cars to my game thing today, I've got a few cars installed however im not sure how to install cars that were made by the same person? as the tutorial remains the same of;

1. Create a folder with "xxx" name
   But if I did that wouldn't it detect its the same as a folder I've already got. So im wondering if I can have different cars made by the same person or not.

@MegaDeveloper STEPS:

1. Create New Folder inside --------> update/x64/dlcpacks
2. Rename the new folder to "vans123" without the "
3. Extract "dlc.rpf" file included in this rar to this new vans123 folder
4. Replace "dlclist.xml" file inside ---------> update/update.rpf/common/data
   NOTE: IF YOU DONT HAVE THE LATEST PATCH THIS FILE WONT BE USEFUL FOR YOU, HERE IS WHAT YOU NEED TO DO
   4a) Extract "dlclist.xml" file from -------> update/update.rpf/common/data
   4b) Open it with notepad and add this line "<Item>dlcpacks:\vans123</Item>" without the "
   4c) Save changes and replace the old "dlclist.xml" from -----> update/update.rpf/common data

This mod has the exact same process for each of its car addons

@AlpheN Put the dlc.rpf into a random folder in openiv. Then locate the vehicle files and identify the name of it. That name is the name to spawn it in game. Use that name and create a folder with that name and put into your usual dlcpack folder.

Then input the dlc line into the dlclist which is located in update.rpf and replace that “vans123” with the name that you used to create that folder in dlcpack. Do that for the extraupdatetile thingy as well if required.
