Car Lights are too Bright using Natural Vision Remastered

Hey. So recently I corrupted one of my GTA V files, in which I some how lowered the brightness of the vehicle taillights, so I had to delete the entire folder. I don't remember what I did to lower it, and I'm pretty sure I just stumbled upon something by accident and noticed a change so I forgot about it. Anyway, I reinstalled NVR as well as my other replace mods for cars, just like I had it before, and the same situation appeared again. The vehicle taillights are so bright, and I'm not exactly sure how to fix it. Any help would be appreciated it. I will link screenshots of what I am talking about. Thanks in advance!

Reset the #EmissiveBits in visualsettings.dat values of V with the original ones.
