cuff walk animation

hey.

im making a movie, and i want my character to walk with a cuff, i found that animation but the character walk by his own, cant control him.

how i can just control my character and walk with a scuff?

im using menyoo and cant find any animation on upper.

now the animation play on the upper but still cant move.

edit: just changed it to "second task upper" working.
