Problem With Natural Vision Remastered

I have instaled Natural vision Remastered for GTAV, it all works fine but the tail lights of all cars are wierd.
Instead of a nice red glow, its now very dim and orange-ish. If a add the add-on "Brighter tail lights" that comes with NVR, the lights tail lights turn almost white, I have a friend that instaled the same mods, and his lights look like they should, a nice red glow.

Dont tell me thats how they are suposed to look because it is not.
