Who here likes cash, and has experience with OIV files?

I'm putting out a call to all modders who have experience with creating OIV files for simple installation. On my old computer, I had Los Santos looking like the real LA. From billboards cars, to the trash on the ground, and everything in between. I replaced damn near every vanilla texture with their real life counterparts. But back then I had a lot more time on my hands. Things are a little busier for me now, and I really don't feel like going through the tedious installations again.
So here is what I'm asking for. If you, or anyone you know will be willing to make a several car replacement, or addons, and put it in an OIV file, so I can install it with ease, I will be willing to PAY MONEY. I have done it before a wile back, and I'm willing to do it again.
I really would like to replace most of the traffic with real cars if possible, but if not I will settle for addons. I also want the liveries on trucks. Different modders have files like this for instance. https://www.gta5-mods.com/paintjobs/real-benson-livery
There are all types of delivery trucks with real life companies Also, there are several store, and gas station textures like 711, or Shell stations, BP, and things like this for example https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/shell-gas-station-and-subway-on-rest-area could be put in an OIV file.The majority of the real life texture items such as store products, and brands can mostly be found here by the user eshenk. https://www.gta5-mods.com/users/eshenk/files. Look, I know this is a weird request, but I would like to make the city look real life again, and I'm willing to pay anyone who can make this happen. Ask your friends, ask anyone who can make this happen. They can earn real money. If you can do this, we will be in contact so I can give you the specifics. Sorry for the long ass post.
