I need help identifying a Police Uniform Texture Pack

I tried searching through the forums and searching through textures in the EUP menu but hopefully someone with more knowledge knows the answer. More specifically, I am interested in the shoulder patch, but i'm sure the shoulder patch is part of a freemode wardrobe Top.

Would anyone happen know? Thank you!
