Mods not working in game

hey i was wondering if i could have some help.

so i haven't used the game in a long time since my game got updated and mods would not work obviously but ive tried updating them and they wouldn't appear still.
i have also tried removing them all and reinstalling the game yet it still they either dont work or reinstalled with the game.
