[PLAYER] Replace Franklin's varsity jacket with the MP Freemode Male's one

Since I find Franklin's jacket way more appealing I made an attempt to replace it, obviously I failed to replace his jacket with the MP one so I'm going with this option instead. What I want exactly is the MP model to wear Franklin's jacket, e.g. the jacket on the 2nd picture to be replaced with the one on the 1st. I also want the over sized T-shirt (the one on the 1st picture) that is attached to Franklin's jacket to be replaced with a MP undershirt (T-shirt).
