Franklin special ability for every model.

Hello all,

I like the special ability that Franklin have. I use LSPDFR and therefore I got the following idea: Can someone make a skript file such that any model in the game can use the special ability that Franklin have, i.e. a online model player can use the special ability that Franklin have.
