story mode enemies weapons

what are the weapons used by the enemies in the various missions ? i need to know this so i can avoid to modify those weapons that the enemies use , alternatively it would be enough to have invulnerable allies during the missions so they won't die even if i modded the weapons in order to destroy everything with a single shot
