GTA V Crashes on Every Loading Screen (Story, Online and Benchmark)

    Hello people, I am having an issue with my GTA V, running at version 1.0.1604.1
    I redownloaded my GTA after playing a couple of months. It worked fine back then and played both Story mode and Online mode. I also had a couple of mods installed, but also deleted these folders.

    Upon reinstalling a couple of days back, I wasn't able to load into anything. It does start the game and I am able to navigate the main menu. I tried putting everything on low settings, but also without success. I have been playing in the past with Ultra/Very High settings. I then tried to start the Benchmark test, but it also just crashes in the loading screen!

    I have the GT83 Titan 8RF 'laptop' with an Intel core i7-8850H CPU and a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 SLI. It has 32 Gigs of RAM.

    I tried reinstalling GTA and SocialClub, Reinstalling video drivers, cleaning my registry, but nothing seem to work. I added the launcher.log down here. I hope you guys can help me out.
