Map Editor or Menyoo “Object Spooner” ?

Hi Guys I have a generic question for everyone concerning the modding of the story (SP), in the Menyoo I have always seen the "Object Spooner" option, now I was wondering if this option can do everything "Map Editor" does or act on different things .. I hope someone can shed some light on the matter and advise me the right thing 😊

@krizeth I just want to add that Menyoo (which has the Object Spooner) gets updated far more often than Map Editor.
