i need some one to give me a copy of your mods folder plz

Containing thousands, upon thousands of files, at several gigabytes?
Seems like a lot of hassle for something you can do fairly easily yourself with OpenIV.
Or am I missing something here?

Isn't this illegal because of stealing game files? And cant you just make another mods folder because you have the resources in your GTA 5 main directory?
