STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION Help!

Hey fellow modders!
I need some dire help here. I have tried everything I could find on the internet to fix this but nothing so far worked. My GTA V has been crashing like this for a year or more. Sometimes I can play for 4 hours then it crashes and other times 5-10 minutes. This crash happens on a vanilla game or a modded game for me. GTA V used to play flawless for me until about a year ago, maybe more.

[2019-06-13 03:19:27.274] [DISPLAY] Uninitializing.I have tried registry cleaners, disabling my anti-virus(Kaspersky) and all other non needed tasks in the task manager. I also use MSI afterburner because it helps me get the best fps(1080 60fps) and I have been using after burner since day one of GTAV on PC with no issues. I am using no add-ons or modified game config. If anyone needs more information, let me know. I know it is not mods because It happens on a clean game as well. Please if someone knows of a legit fix that worked for you, please let me know! I can't enjoy GTA V like I want too. Also I am using Windows 7 ultimate if that matters.
